The device fingerprint covers resolution, fonts, timezone, system language, and battery/sensor traits; the behavior model watches whether your register-warmup-publish rhythm looks human. Any one of the three being off pushes the composite risk score up.
What hurts more is consistency across signals. TikTok cross-references IP country, SIM-card home country, GPS, system timezone, and app language. A device with a German SIM, a US IP, a Chinese-language system and a UTC+8 timezone reads to the algorithm as a classic environment conflict โ a likely inauthentic account โ and gets silently throttled with no explanation. Multiple sources note the IP carries the most weight among these signals, but the others failing to line up still drags you down.
